Ferrari Partners Motorsport Network For Official Channel On Motorsport.tv

It was announced this week that Ferrari has created a new channel on the Motorsport.tv platform in partnership with integrated digital platform Motorsport Network, which is the destination for millions of automotive and racing fans around the world, with over 56 million dedicated users who regularly visit the Motorsport Network to be entertained with their passion for cars and motor racing.

The new Ferrari channel will be the “go to place” for all fans of the Prancing Horse and will provide a wide range of racing activities.

As well as video content on Ferrari road cars, there is also plenty of racing and sports coverage of series such as Competizioni GT, F1 Clienti, XX Programmes and the Ferrari Challenge (Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and the UK). You also find content on Ferrari’s participation in the WEC, Le Mans 24 Hours and the Blancpain GT series. There are also lots of livestreams, full race replays, highlights and official model presentations, such as the new Ferrari Roma.

The goal is for the Ferrari channel on Motorsport.tv to be at the heart of a highly engaged community. Motorsport Network will be working with Ferrari to produce unique content and have the largest private collection of Ferrari images as well as the largest Ferrari online chat community for both Ferrari licence holders and Ferrari Chat.

Ferrari Race Series

The Motorsport Network video platform has been fully developed in-house and features advanced functionalities, an optimal streaming experience and a flexible and easy-to-brand channel-based structure. Its player is fully embeddable and can be used on many different platforms.

Motorsport.tv is Motorsport Network’s proprietary OTT platform and provides over 1,000 livestreams a year, including race highlights, original shows and documentaries dedicated to racing and cars. There are well over 125 international and national race series covered as well as an exclusive full archive of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The channel can be watched anytime, anywhere, on a wide range of streaming devices including online, iOS, Android, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Chromecast.

Jane Reeve, Ferrari’s Chief Communication Officer said, “In a world where content is king, the agreement with Motorsport Network arrives at an ideal time allowing us to significantly amplify our story living. Story living as opposed to storytelling because, without doubt, any Ferrari event involves the whole range of emotions and senses in a truly empathic experience. We are extremely pleased to be able to work together with Motorsport Network to share what it means to be Ferrari to an even larger global audience.”

While James Allen, Motorsport Network’s President said, “We are very proud to make this announcement today of an exciting partnership with Ferrari and look forward to creating a channel that is a true destination for all fans of this legendary marque and to cross-leveraging with our other platforms to best serve the audience.”
