The British Motor Show 2026

British Motor Show Live Arena

Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre will once again be hosting this year’s British Motor Show which takes place this weekend, getting under way tomorrow, Friday 21st August with an action-packed three days of activities and fun for all the family and motoring enthusiasts from around the country.

This year’s show will be celebrating every corner of the UK car market, where you will be able to view over 1,000 cars, explore the latest models, compare the current electric and family vehicles and enjoy thrilling live action with lots of family activities taking place over the weekend.

You will be able to see some of the latest models from the likes of Ford, BYD, AION, Honda, Vauxhall, MG, Leapmotor, Mazda, Tesla UK, Citroën, Peugeot, Renault, Hyundai, Isuzu, Chery, Nissan and LINKTOUR.

There will also be UK public debuts for the LINKTOUR L6e and L7e, as well as the AION UT and you will be able to see some of the newest names and models that will be launching onto the market later this year.

The Best Cars of the Year’s New Car World Championships display will include the AION UT, BYD Shark, Chery TIGGO 4, Fiat Topolino quadricycle, Honda SUPER-N and Renault Twingo.

As well as everyday road cars, there will also be plenty to keep the motorsport fans happy with racing cars such as Michael Schumacher’s first Ferrari, the 1996 Ferrari F310 F1 car, the Jordan EJ12 that was driven by Formula 1 driver Takuma Sato and the Alpine A526 F1 car.

In addition, over 40 car clubs will be present, showcasing everything from cherished classics and historic icons to EVs, supercars, movie cars and modified vehicles.

The show will feature over 100 automotive and family-friendly activities over the three days, spread across 15 event zones, including the Supercar Paddock, Test Drives and Live Arena, sponsored by Bridgestone in partnership with Kwik Fit.

Some of the activities include things like UK Monster Truck Rides, interactive LEGO® build challenges, competitions and giveaways in partnership with Smyths Toys, Alpine Sim Racing in The Grid, Wrap Championships sponsored by Avery Dennison and stunt driving shows in the Live Arena.

This year’s show promises to be a fun-filled day out for families, car enthusiasts and new-car buyers alike and one not be missed.
