LINKTOUR Automobile made its UK debut on the opening day of this year’s British Motor Show at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre, marking a major milestone in the Chinese company’s European expansion by unveiling its ALUMI model line-up.
This follows the global boutique smart NEV brand’s recent launches in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, France, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Egypt, Norway and Cambodia.
The introduction of LINKTOUR’s next-generation compact electric ALUMI vehicles reinforces the brand’s mission to redefine urban mobility through intelligent, design-led electric vehicles.
The UK is an important market for LINKTOUR as demand for compact, sustainable mobility solutions continues to increase, particularly with younger drivers, city commuters and multi-vehicle households.
Leon Zheng, Vice President Sales & Marketing of LINKTOUR, commented:
“LINKTOUR is not just introducing new models to the UK; we are introducing a new way of thinking about urban mobility. Our goal is to create smart, stylish and sustainable commuting experiences that seamlessly integrate into UK city life.”
LINKTOUR Automobile plans to bring three model configurations into the UK market in the latter half of 2026 that include the ALUMI and ALUMI Pro in the L6e category plus the ALUMI ELITE+ in the L7e category.

The company’s UK launch introduces a new category of ultra-compact, fully electric vehicles designed for modern city living with all three models having been engineered to meet the evolving requirements of urban drivers, combining a distinctive design, compact dimensions, smart connectivity and the use of sustainable materials.
The cars are built on an advanced lightweight all-aluminium platform with the world’s first cell-to-body battery integration technology in the L-series, developed to deliver enhanced efficiency, safety and agility, perfect for urban use and the all-aluminium monocoque is up to 45% lighter than a traditional steel structure.
Range and performance are also important factors with a range of up to 120 km for the L6e (WMTC) and up to 180 km for the L7e (WMTC) plus can be charged using standard home outlets.
The peak torque of 95 N.m powers the ALUMI L-series from 0-50 km/h in just 5.5 seconds, whilst delivering steady climbing power, supported by Hill Start Assist (HAC) for greater control on those steep British roads.
The compact interior features digitally integrated touchscreen displays and smartphone connectivity, while remote vehicle management support a seamless, intelligent driving experience to suit today’s connected lifestyles. Drivers can even personalise their new car’s exterior with digital graphics or branding.
