A new partnership between Audi and Silverstone race circuit sees two high performance brands brought together with the launch of the Audi Drive Experience.
Viewed by many as the home of British Motorsport, Silverstone has been the exclusive home of the British Grand Prix since 1987 and as Silverstone’s Official Car Partner, Audi will be giving enthusiasts and would-be racing drivers the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a powerful Audi RS 3 Sportback at the UK’s only driving experience hosted at a Formula One circuit.
Only available to drivers aged 18 and over, you will get the opportunity to experience the acceleration, precise handling and quattro performance of the Audi RS 3 Sportback on the world-famous circuit, pushing the car to its limits.
The Audi RS 3 Sportback is the ideal track car with its 7 Speed S-Tronic paddle shift gearbox and 394 bhp which will do the 0-60mph sprint in just 3.8 seconds and go on to reach 180mph from the 2.5-litre 5 cylinder turbo-charged engine.
The driving experience consists of a full safety briefing, two demonstration laps and exclusive one-to-one instruction with a professional instructor. You will get two driving sessions of 4 laps of the circuit, followed by a feedback session from your instructor.
The new Audi Drive Experience is the first major product announcement following Audi’s three-year partnership with Silverstone. It will see the brand support the venue across major events, VIP transportation, pace car activity and Silverstone Drive Experiences.
The reason for the partnership is simple, as motorsport is central to Audi’s DNA and continues to drive technological progress and innovation with its first entry into Formula 1 this season with the Audi Revolut F1 Team.
