Wrapping up the final day at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed was a rather special Red Bull moment in front of Goodwood House, topping what was another memorable weekend that brought together legendary racing drivers and their cars and showcased an outstanding collection of cars and motorcycles, with premieres and debuts on display in the paddocks.
The Festival of Speed is increasingly becoming known as the place to see some of the most legendary drivers and riders in motorsport from yesterday and today, with this year’s festival proving to be no exception.

Christian Horner and Adrian NeweyOracle Red Bull Racing, who is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, brought together an incredible lineup of drivers from across the team’s history, with current and three-time Formula 1 World Champion Max Verstappen making his debut at the festival, taking to the Hill on Sunday in the RB16B, which was the car in which he claimed his first world title in 2021.
Max was joined by teammate Sergio Pérez, Team Principal and CEO Christian Horner and designer Adrian Newey, as well as former Red Bull drivers David Coulthard, Daniel Ricciardo, Mark Webber and Christian Klien.

This highly successful Formula 1 team took to the Goodwood balcony giving everyone there the opportunity to see the seven drivers who between them, hold an impressive 97 Formula 1 race wins, and our photographer Gary Harman was there to capture all the action.
As well as Red Bull Racing, this year’s festival also played host to five other current Formula 1 teams that included McLaren Formula 1 Team, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, Williams Racing, BWT Alpine F1 Team and Scuderia Ferrari HP.

There was also the opportunity over the weekend to see a range of legendary cars from across the decades and meet the teams and drivers like Fernando Alonso, Alex Albon, Logan Sargeant, Yuki Tsunoda, Oliver Bearman, Jack Doohan, Frederik Vesti, Sophie Flörsch, Kush Maini and James Vowles.
As well as their current drivers, Red Bull and Williams brought their respective F1 Academy drivers, Hamda Al Qubaisi and Lia Block, with the latter driving a Formula 1 car for the first time in public on the Hill.
